The Creative Waste Exchange has a paragraph 17 exemption
from the waste management licensing regulations 1994 and
a carrier of controlled waste licence from SEPA.
A Creative Waste Exchange waste transfer
note produced by us, must be signed and
accompany any material we collect from businesses
and companies. A copy will be returned to
every company for their records. Seasonal
WTN will be issued to businesses who donate
regularly. For companies who have IS0 14001
accreditation monthly reports will be issued
with details of the materials donated, the
weight diverted from landfill and where
the materials go to.
